TOOLTRONICS, Inc. provides custom and stock Kelvin Test Sockets & Burn-in Sockets for, but not limited to, the DC-DC/Power Converter market. TOOLTRONICS, Inc. has a strong 44 year track record.

Our Services include the design, manufacture and use of KELVIN Contacts and Kelvin Test Sockets, Burn-in Sockets, for DC-DC Converters and Power Converters, targeting High Current/High Power test needs, availability: Pogo Pin, Surface Mount, SIP, LIF, Ball, Lead, Through Hole, CAD services, virtual models, test device, fix limitations.
Test Socket Construction

Most contacts are custom designed and made from Beryllium Copper, heat treated to spring temper and plated with gold over nickel boron. The body of the socket, or insulator, is CNC machined from P-1700 Polysulfone or Torlon. An optional Device Ejection feature is available.

NOTE: We've developed our own powerful design for low to high current Kelvin Contacts. Our contacts have an impressively low fail-rate.

Test Fixture Construction
We interview test engineers to determine test points, preferred connectivity and special features. T
est Fixtures are built with speed of test, ergonomics and safety as the primary considerations.
