The Tooltronics MPS Series Non-Kelvin Contacts are designed for electrical test applications where Kelvin connections are not required or where available space is limited. Manufactured from Alloy 173 Beryllium Copper (BeCu), heat treated for optimal spring performance, and finished with gold over boron nickel, these contacts provide reliable conductivity, durability, and long service life in demanding production test environments.
The MPS Series is available with either turned tail or solder cup terminations, offering flexibility for a variety of assembly requirements. Pin sizes are available in 0.031", 0.040", 0.062", and 0.094", making the series suitable for a wide range of device leads and test configurations.
When Kelvin measurements are unnecessary or design space is at a premium, the Tooltronics MPS Series delivers a compact, dependable, and high-performance contact solution.
